MANDEVILLA (mandevilla)

Your plant appears to be a Mandevilla, of which there are many hybrids. Another clue to its identity is Mandevillas bear lovely, 5-lobed flowers that open from a tubular stem in pink, red, yellow or white. This plant is usually grown as an annual vine outdoors in our area, or as a houseplant. Needs well-drained soil and full sun, regular water and a slow-release fertilizer formulated for blooming plants. It cannot survive freezing temperatures and should be brought indoors (if in a container) in cold climates. Indoors it requires full sun and may not flower very much.
