SUMMER PHLOX (phlox paniculata)

Produces summer clusters of flowers in blue, pink, white, lavender or red; many are fragrant. Many stand 3-5 ft. tall but there are smaller cultivars. Needs full sun or partial shade and regular water. Prone to powdery mildew, so give it good air circulation or buy a resistant variety.
